San Ygnacio, TX – 1st Annual Feather Festival. This festival will be taking place at the Plaza in San Ygnacio, Texas, home of Zapata County’s only bird sanctuary. Learn about birding in our region and how local habitats offer rare sightings for the “White Collard Seedeater”.
